First Week Experience
The first week of ASL covered a lot of material. The amount of vocabulary I have already learned surprises me. I am also improving my fngerspelling. I am still not as fast as I would like to be, but I have improved a lot since the first day. ASL is challenging, but that is what makes it fun to learn. I am very pleased with the size of this class, because it gives me a chance to interact with everyone. This is the only class where I know everybody's names. I discovered that instead of asking people, "What is your name?", I have been asking, "Who is your name?" That's embarrassing and I am shocked that no one corrected me. Oh well, I corrected myself. :)
